I offer 8 sizes for my cutters; My STL files include all 8 while you have to choose which size you want for the physical form. My typical sizes are: Mini: 2”, 2.5” Medium: 3”, 3.15”, 3.5” Large: 4”, 4.5" Extra Large: 5”The only time I offer any other size is if the design is custom or if I think the design warrants a change such as cookie sticks. My cookie stick sizes are:3.5", 4", 4.5", 5", 5.5", 6", 6.5", and 7"

I sell both physical and STL files, however I only sell the physical cutters on my website. My Etsy is only digital products.

Yes! My graphics are in PNG format with a transparent background.

No. I understand the temptation, but I put a lot of work into my designs and while I know there are dishonest people in the world, I would prefer to not have to compete against someone selling my own designs. Thank you for asking!!

Short answer is yes. This is a new feature that I've rolled out and while I am doing my best to go back and make all of my designs editable (and keep up with designing new ones) I am only one person, so the older designs may not have that feature just yet.

My graphics are drawn in 300dpi on a 3000 x 3000 px square. Once the design is ready to upload, I resize the page to fit the graphic and eliminate any blank space. I then save the graphic in PNG format with a transparent background.

Absolutely! That's what it's there for! I would just lower the opacity before you print so the lines don't smear when it's painted.

It depends on what size cookie you are printing on. I do my best to eliminate any extra work on your end, but because there are 8 different sizes, you may need to tweak the size a little to fit your cookie.

If the listing in question is updated to enable this feature, you will find a folder within the download. It should be labeled as the SKU. It starts with SGD followed by numbers. This folder contains layers that labeled to help you know their order in which they need to be uploaded in to Canva. 

When I first started my Cookie cutter business I drew my designs without the outline. I got good feedback on this drawing style, but the more than the edible printing came into the picture, I began getting requests that the lines were more defined so the detail wasn't lost. To fix this, I started including the graphics with the outlines and without so my customers could choose. Then I realized that it was a waste not to include the line art by itself since that could also be utilized for PYO cookies and easy to see if a projector is being used.

Yes! I know the struggle of purchasing digital files and the downloads are all labeled close to the same with weird numbers and you don't know what is what. All of my files are labeled so you can easily find the graphic or STL size you are wanting.

Short answer is yes! Through the years this has changed from not at all to only physical cutters ... Along with updating my files to be editable, I am also updating the cutter files to have labels, but the labels are my SKU. With that, you can type the SKU in my website and it will pull the design for you. This is not quite available for all of my designs as it is a lot to update and I am only one person.

Most of the time when there is text in a design I will include an extra png without it. The text in the graphic is not editable but you can add your own with a program such as Canva.

When I first opened my Etsy shop in 2022 I was only going to sell digital products. As time went on I began getting requests for physical cutters, but my Etsy was established as a digital shop selling digital STL files. In order not to confuse the Etsy algorithms, I decided to keep my Etsy strictly digital items for cookiers and open the website where I offered my physical cutters.

Yes! I am working on creating png listings for my graphics without the cutters or STL files, but it takes time. If there is a specific design that you would like in the PNG format only and you can't find it, please let me know, and I'd be happy to put it at the top of my list!

There are a lot of factors that go into choosing a size such as packaging limitations, the size of the other cookies in a set, and if the design is tall and skinny or chubby and round. In my listing photos I've included 2 graphics to help you decide what size would be best for you.

The files will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. You can find the email (check your junk if you have trouble finding it) and download from there.

You can leave a review by going to the listing that you purchased and scroll down till you see the reviews. There should be a banner that says "Leave a review." Click on that and write your review.

I don't get many physical cutter orders so I am typically pretty fast with getting the orders shipped out. My goal is to ship same day or next day, but just in case things happen, I typically have my shop banner set to 2-3 business days.

This is something I want to offer in the future but as of now I only offer it as a custom option.

Absolutely! I have my cutter of the month sale. This cutter changes every month and can be found on my home page of the website. It is free with any purchase - in the same format as your purchase. (If you purchase an STL file, the design in STL file format is free. If you purchase a physical cutter, the physical cutter of that design is free.) I also host a Mid Month Markdown sale in which all of my newest listings of the month are 30% off on the 15th of every month. I also host sales around holidays. Not at this time.

I do on occasion. It depends on how much free time I have and the difficulty of the design. I do not copy other cookie cutter designers work or design copyright designs such as Disney, Pixar, or NFL.

There's more time that goes into custom designs and because it is tailored to the customer, it's not always guaranteed to resell.
